A single reading environment that allows ARA to receive exams, interpret findings and communicate results from anywhere, anytime. One Worklist, one Schedule, one PACS, one Voice Recognition, one Analytics, and one Interface Engine.

- Radiology workstations are owned and maintained by Connect49, no cost to client.

- PACS and VR will be owned, maintained and supported by Connect49. If our client desires to purchase our instance of PACS, we would be happy to provide you a quote. We have an exclusive agreement with Intelerad PACS to resell their PACS to our Alaska healthcare partners. For those who chose to purchase our PACS, we also offer data storage on our Vendor Neutral Archive (TeraMedica) at an incredible value. All of our software solutions are on prem in GCI’s Anchorage Data Center; highly secure and fully redundant.

We leverage Clario worklist; an intelligent unified worklist system

Connect 49 automatically directs exams to the appropriate sub-specialty reader and screen exams in the Clario Worklist using AI tools. And now it can move exams with possible acute findings such as intracranial hemorrhage to the top of the list.

Mammography Management System

We are proud to be partnered with MagView, our Mammography Management System.
MagView improves the patient experience, staff efficiency, and radiologists’ productivity nationwide; and delivers meaningful and actionable data insight for breast centers. ARA requires all sites we serve to join Connect49’s instance of MagView for efficiencies for both our radiologists and mammography technologists.

Internet and Network Transport

Lumifi is our preferred partner in providing site-to-site security. They help us manage industry standard security solutions and provide the fastest transport model for internet in the state of Alaska.

Their South Anchorage Data Center (SADC) houses all our production systems with full business continuity. If the primary rack goes down, secondary comes alive within seconds. GCI has multiple fiber connection, fire suppression, power sources and is highly secured. Full disaster recovery IF SADC went down hard, is located in Palmer 50 miles to the north of Anchorage.
